I attended a training organized by my organization, facilitated by Prashant Handoo. This was a training programme where the trainer hardly spoke, still all the participants were engaged for the entire day. This was possible because Prashant facilitated it in such a manner that all came out of the diffidence, hesitancy, scepticism and participated whole heartedly.
