Hi, I am Prashant, a leadership mindset enthusiast and a coach.
In my career span of over 17 years, I have had the opportunity to work with multipleorganizations , multinational organizations like Delland Target and prestigious SME’s like Quantum Leap and Dale Carnegie Training India.
Over the years I grew and played multiple roles in my journey from a front line executive to a middle management leader and this journey helped me grow in my capacity as a person and a professional.
I was very fortunate to work with some amazing leaders, who coached and mentored me in my journey , who held me accountable and also supported me to understand myself, my strengths and my areas of opportunities. Shaping me to be a person who takes a lot of pride in being who he is today. None of it would have been possible without my leaders being my guides in my journey.
While I have been fortunate to have these amazing leaders in my life, over the years I have also expereinced those who were not that great at leadership, I have suffered and seen many others suffer under their leadership. Good thing is that they also play a key role in shaping me as a leader, as they taught me what not to do as a leader and who not to be as a leader.
As I took on the journey of becoming a trainer and coach, in my heart I always knew that I wanted to work with leaders, help them get aware and become the best version of themselves as that way I can have a cascading impact on the lives of many others who work in their leadership.
With this intention , I envision a world where people feel inspired to get to work everyday with total belief in themselves, trust in their leadership and commitment towards the growth of their organization. I am pursuing my vision by training and coaching business professionals , leaders and business owners , helping them enhance their leadership skills, so they can lead themselves, their people and business with ease and grace.
