The purpose of this workshop is to instil the authentic passion of leadership in the participants and embrace the skills of leadership as a way of being in the organization.
Objectives
This workshop is designed as a journey of self exploration, getting aware of your strengths and opportunities as leaders and build a plan of execution for personal and team growth and development.
We do this with the help of self reflection and experiential learning methods like assessments , case studies discussion, role plays , group brainstorming and in the moment coaching interventions.
This course is created with consideration of the skills and mindset required to lead and succeed in todays rapidly changing business environment. It will be contextualized and customized based on the participants level of leadership – Aspiring- in succession , first time , middle and senior level leadership.
